Agn888 Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before registering or using any agn888 services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the agn888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use agn888 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Malaysian citizens or legal residents who are eligible to use online entertainment platforms.
- Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted by the relevant authorities.
- Register using your own identity and not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
- Not using agn888 services for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Agn888 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any time for age and identity verification purposes. Access may be temporarily suspended while verification is in progress.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on agn888. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Agn888 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time. If false or misleading information is discovered, the account may be closed immediately and any remaining credit balance may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. agn888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their login details.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the agn888 support team immediately at [email protected]. You are advised to change your password regularly and never share your login credentials with anyone.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the agn888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). agn888 supports local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet for the convenience of Malaysian users.
- All deposits must be made using a supported payment method and from a bank account registered in the user's own name.
- Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the agn888 account holder.
- Agn888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
Agn888 is not liable for any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing. All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances approved by agn888 management.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Agn888 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and will not engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or any applicable regulations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agn888 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit or manipulate the gaming system or transactions.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to access or use your account.
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or any interaction with the platform.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other users.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the agn888 system.
Agn888 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. However, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous service availability. agn888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Agn888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, or for any of the following reasons:
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Multiple accounts found to be registered by the same individual.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that is unfair or inconsistent with the terms of the offer.
- Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any credit balance in the account may be forfeited subject to the decision of agn888 management following an investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the agn888 platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of agn888 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from agn888.
The agn888 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. agn888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Agn888 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the agn888 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and, if necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
